Was slightly worried about going as read the reviews after booking. We were so glad we went. The hotel was in a lovely location with lovely views of the lake. We had a lovely lake facing room that was clean, spacious and quiet. Our breakfast buffet was very good. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening. Fabulous hotel with great views in a perfect location. Staff were brilliant- friendly and very helpful. Great choice for breakfast and bar, pool and hot tub on site a nice place to relax. Room clean and tidy and loved the “green” initiatives. The only downside was the interconnecting room which meant that you could hear next door loud and clear. Not great for a light sleeper. Would stay again but… Fabulous hotel with great views in a perfect location. Staff were brilliant- friendly and very helpful. The entrance to the hotel was clean and modern. We arrived 30 mins early and asked if we could check in We were told no and to wait in the bar, which is fair enough but other hotels usually don't mind.After checking in we went to our room which was not up to the expected standard.
