Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday and booked a spa treatment - they apparently didn’t have the booking on their system eventhough I had a confirmation. The reception were extremely rude and unhelpful - so disappointing and sad as I came to celebrate my partners birthday and paid so much for the experience. What a place!
What a place! I’ve been here many a time but never stayed over. Wow. Mews was amazing! The spa is super and the staff are incredible. Big thanks to Jane Richfield for organising it for me. Massive thanks to Holly Durrant who checked me in. Her personality is infectious! She is an asset to the hotel! The food is incredible as well! Did not disappoint.What a place! Great Experience Lovely Staff
We had a two night break and it was first class. We booked one of the Mews Suites which was very nice. Breakfast and Dinner in the Brasserie was very good, with excellent omelettes cooked to order for breakfast. We went to The Brasserie yesterday for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, 53 years & 54years!
