Staff on reception were efficient. Rooms were spotless and modern. Tea and coffee facilities available in rooms as well as bathroom basics (hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc). We loved this hotel, nice reception, clean and tidy rooms. Staff were great made so much better by Joseph and harley and their amazing cocktails!! Had a great stay at the DoubleTree Southampton! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and the peaceful surroundings made for a very restful stay. If I could leave a zero I would.Well they staff were unhelpful management unhelpful and blantly lie.Promise to email to discuss our frustrations.. 1 week later still no email.On checkin the take for the rooms again £400 including 2 lots of £50 holding fee.
