    I’ve stayed at this hotel eight to ten times while traveling for work, and the consistently personal service is the reason I keep returning. What stands out most is the continuity of the staff over the years—it’s made each visit feel familiar and welcoming.It’s been a pleasure to be looked after by team members such as Uma, Mohammed, Pedro, and Gerard. Across both the bar and restaurant, they are attentive, accommodating, and always go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.When you travel frequently, that level of consistency and personal recognition makes a real difference. I truly value the familiarity and care I receive here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

    The team at St Anne’s are attentive and always smiling!! Every time I visit I am always made to feel very welcome, thanks to all the bar and breakfast team, Dali today was magnificent in sorting out some items I needed. Keep up the good work!

    Location to London sites were very good. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming because staff members like Suardi and as brilliant with my boys. We would like to say thank you to Uma, Aswin, Gerard, Shrada and Teqan who served us all week. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bath was a bit of a hazard because it was slippery. Good value for money. The pool itself needed some cleaning especially the tiles. Good and speedy amenities.
