Disappointing stay.

Not the best Holiday Inn we have stayed in, rooms are dated, there are 2 lifts but on was out of order for the 3 nights we were there, not enough car parking space and they charge £5 a day to park, breakfast items were not replenished, chairs were stained and dirty in the dining room but had been replaced on our last day, staff were ok as was the location. Disingenuous fraudulent costing of same accommodation every single night

Warning, I find this fraudulent of the Hotel. We booked a hotel for four nights. On inspection of the invoice from the 23rd of August 2026 to the 26th of August 2026 we were charged increasing amount amounts for the same accommodation night after night. The first night was £106 the second night was £114 the next night was £148 and the last night was £180 so the biggest difference in increasing eve… Warning, I find this fraudulent of the Hotel. Woeful facilities and false information on Health Club Opening Times

The room was clean enough. The remote control did not work properly. BOTH shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I booked this hotel specifically to use the spa facilities, and planned my evening around the opening times. The welcome leaflet stated that the spa closed at 22.00 on the day I visited, with the "wet side" facilites being closed at 21.30 for cleaning. I used the jacuzzi for 5 mi… The room was clean enough.
