  Place not friendly vibe and not just tired but actually dirty in communal areas and in room. Very overpriced for the standard at £110 per night b and b. I don't normally complain but we are actually cutting our visit short as the place is souless and just not a nice place to be. I am normally a person who says you make what you can of it.   Great feeling about the place.

  Arthur, Stephen and the whole crew where fantastic , Limia in the resteraunt with everyone else were the best, the rooms are smart ,clean and fresh and the hotel itself just had a nice feeling to it . My wife and I will come back on our own as this visit was with family . I am giving this place a massive thumbs up .   The room was awful. room 9 with twin beds. the windows were high up and obscured glass so there was no way to look out. the room had a stuffy smell with paint flaking off the skirting boards. mould on the bathroom ceiling above the shower and the socket beside the bed not working. the room was dark.
