NO, NO, NO !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING For a company that markets themselves to provide luxury hotel accommodations, let me just say they must be delusional. Sadly, if you read the reviews here and the sister properties in Oban, it appears to be a them. When mgmt does respond, it is nothing but lip service. First, we booked a suite at $400 night. The outside of this hotel is shabby but it's better inside. The room was clean, except above the wardrobe, the en suite has been upgraded and is fine. The hotel is central although there is virtually no parking. Steps leading up to hotel so no good for disabled. The room was not big but acceptable for the price we paid.
