    We had the most amazing welcome, room with a beautiful view, delicious breakfast, staff were wonderful, hotel is spotless, jude on reception was so polite , remembered my name , how he managed that I dont know as hotel was busy , very comfy bed and pillows. Had a walk in shower,

    Great location in Oban and we enjoyed our one night stay. Tina on reception was lovely and very welcoming. Room was nice, very clean. Breakfast was good too. Reason for the 4 star rating was dinner. My chicken tikka masala was dreadful. The staff did their best - Valentine the waiter was very helpful and the Hungarian lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was extremely apologetic and gave us free drinks. So to summarise - stay here for bed and breakfast but eat dinner out!
