WOW. is all I can say. It was my 65th birthday got upgraded to executive room. Voucher for drink at bar, got in room and there was bottle wine, fresh fruit, chocolates. And on the mirror was message happy 65th birthday Alison, and was guest for the day. Felt so special, thanks to Shannon and Geena for setting it all up.
