Noisy and uncomfortable.
The noise of lorries, trams and even people comes in through the window as if it were wide open. Not helped by the fact that sound outside echoes and reverberates. Very difficult to sleep. A Truly Superb Hotel That Gets Everything Right
A superb hotel in every respect!The hotel is in a perfect location, just five minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. It is near local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants but doesn't suffer much from outside noise. Expensive and not value for money
In the perfect location for what we needed, but that's all that is good about this. Looks Instagram ready in reception. Lovely and cool and modern. That's where it ends. Rooms horrible and tiny. Carpets filthy. This is not a modernised hotel as it likes to make out. A nice bit of funky writing on a wall doesn't make it modern. The rooms are old, in need of an update and tiny. The windows had loads and loads of black tape around them.
