Location

Situated in the vibrant Northern Quarter of Manchester, this youth hostel is the ideal location from which to explore the fascinating musical and industrial heritage of this amazing city. The hotel is 15 min walking distance from the Manchester Arena as well as all local transport hubs and city centre shopping. Bars, restaurants and clubs are all reachable in 10 min by foot and the Imperial War Museum, Manchester Art Gallery and Affleck’s Palace can all be reached in less than 20 min. Manchester International Airport is about 20 km away whilst the bus and train stations are a 10-minute walk.

Facility

The hostel has 32 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hostel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a laundry service. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace.
