    Really enjoyed staying here and the room I had on the fourth floor was very comfortable & quiet. It also had a lovely bar which was nice to relax in, and all the staff I spoke to were really friendly...

    Excellent facilities. Staff so helpful and kind, rooms immaculate and breakfast superb. The hotel is situated in a great area, for museums, shops, restaurants and Royal Albert Hall.

    Great location, but that’s about it! Twin room was tiny, and so was bathroom. Hotel very hot so windows open thus very noisy. Service in bar was poor. Had to go and search out someone to serve.

    Excellent value for money. A smart hotel in a great location in London, providing very good service. The cream tea was an added bonus and very much appreciated. Breakfast menu was also very good...
