Excellent Hotel in an Excellent Location

Great stay at this well positioned boutique hotel. Short walk to the Tube Station and the River for access to the River Walk Path. Spotlessly clean, lovely room and faultless bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Would stay again and would also highly recommend for a city break.

Disappointing experience - used to be a better place.Fake pictures on their booking website - actually showing former rooms they don’t offer anymore (now part of member-only exclusive Sloane Club) - reality there is really disappointing, run down rooms and a partly friendly staff - including guest relations manager - that tells you they understand your frustration.Maybe they and we all should look for a better place to stay.

delivered just what we needed at a reasonable price

Great location. The room (the cosy) was on the very-small side for us as a couple .. but you know what .. didn't matter too much because we were out and about a lot as this is a great location for a hotel. Short bus ride to Victoria, or Chelsea the other way, and meantime a ton of great shops, bars, restos' etc bang on your doorstep. The hotel was clean, really nicely appointed and a very pleasant front desk team.
