Avoid unless you like bed bugs or being messed around.
Got cancelled at the last minute as they had overbooked despite paying in full up front. Couldn't care less about their guests. One lucky point is I see on another review that they have bed bugs at...

another 2 night stay at IBIS DOCKLANDS Liverpool ONE ...Gave us the oppotunity to visit Anfield ... Very comfortable room , great breakfast .

BED BUGS - STAY AWAY
I stayed at this hotel on business - never again. I was eaten alive by bed bugs, stay away it’s not worth the itchiness!!!!
