    The experience at this hotel was wonderful. It has clean and tidy room. Good service it also had, especially GOKSEL who was the staff at reception was so kind and friendly.

    Serena and Vanya looked after us daily for breakfast so friendly. Excellent service. Ill be back soon. Thank you to all bar and reception staff. To the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail

    We had an awesome time at the holiday inn in west London. We had an exceptionally great breakfast, and our waitresses named Vanya and Prerna were amazing!
