I stayed 2 nights with my partner and our 16 yr old son, who had his own room next to ours, on the 4th floor. We had a wonderful experience overall, with only a couple of niggles. I loved the hotel, parking was easy, the location was great. Greeted nicely when we arrived. Had an Amazon parcel delivered without issue. Great restaurants nearby, try Rhubarb! Comfy beds and pillows and I'm fussy. Spa was great BUT no private changing area for those who want it and kids come in from 4! It gets rammed. And noisy. Don't like that. Booked a spa morning with massage and lunch.The location was handy for easy access into Harrogate after the spa.Staff were all friendly and helpful and the massage therapist was excellent.We used the pool, sauna and outside hot tub which was a real treat in the sunshine. Spa was nice, very clean and well maintained, hotel itself was much the same; however, the room we stayed in was a little disappointing. The bed was very small considering it was supposed to be a double; my partner and I struggled to lay side by side with any degree of comfort, the mattress was extremely firm and the pillows weren't the best.
