Not a very nice experience. Lift not in use. Poor commuication between Receptionists and visitors. We have just spent the weekend here. We got an excellent deal. The food was good, the rooms were lovely and the staff could not have been nicer. I booked in December 2025 a gift voucher for an Afternoon tea for a Christmas present for a friend. I check out the hotels website for the afternoon tea and it looked wonderful, a classic picture of an afternoon tea. I actually went into the hotel to get the voucher. Beautiful hotel and staff...Very good continental breakfast. Lovely little cosy room...can't fault the cleanliness in rooms reception area, but the dinning room is needing some attention to the cleanliness from the window ledges down there was a lot of dust in these areas, and food splashes on walls.I doesn't stop us loving this grand old lady of a hotel ♥️ Hope to be back soon.
