    Kind staff helped me despite not having room

    I came in off the street at nearly midnight after leaving my airport voucher hotel (Radisson Blu) which didn't have A/C on a historically hot evening. I had already tried a few hotels on the block and no one had room. Courtyard Mariott didn't have room either BUT the staff saw my distress given the late hour and treated me like a human being, and searched for room at nearby hotels and told me where I could go, without me asking. Staff at the neighboring hotels had been a bit rude or curt and certainly weren't going out of their way to help me, so I am very grateful and feel confident that travelers staying here will find good customer service. I can't speak to the rooms since I didn't stay the night.     Friendly service with easy access to Heathrow

    This hotel was in a perfect location to get to and from Heathrow and access public transportation for travel into London.
