    I have stayed at the hotel sporadically for the last year, I’ve yet to have a bad experience. On my latest stay, 15/04/26, I noticed Ioanna was serving a lot of customers and dealt with the pressure very well. She was apologetic for the wait, but in my opinion she dealt with every customer professionally and promptly. She is also very kind and polite! This will be my last stay for a while so I’m sad that I won’t be able to be served by her again! Thank you for your incredible customer service.

    We meet up in the Delta hotel every couple of weekends some times through the week and I use the bar, Emily is a very cheerful person and always engages in conversation and happy to help what every time of day,she is lovely happy person who always makes you smile and send you off on your day in a very positive way
