OH DEAR! Starting with the only positives - to their credit the staff were all very courteous and efficient and the bathroom in our room was modern and clean. Everything else was a negative for us. The advertised cost of our room dropped dramatically between the date of our confirmed booking and the day before our arrival, but the Hilton's central booking system made it impossible to adjust this d… OH DEAR!
