We are currently staying here. Booked this hotel specifically for the spa use. Arrived at midday all very lovely told our room would be ready early. Checked us in. Decided to walk in to Guildford for lunch and realised my husband had left his swim shorts at home. So bought a new pair to use in the hotel. Got back to the hotel changed headed to the spa only to be told we should have booked! What?!… We are currently staying here. Booked this hotel specifically for the spa use.
