We stayed overnight after my son competed in the west highland way runHotel room had everything we needed and was very central in locationWe had dinner and the food was good with a lovely view of the loch across the road. The nicest staff we have encountered.
A bit of a walk from the train station. The rooms are decorated in a Vegas-like style, a bit gaudy and over-the-top but fun. Unfortunately, we were given a room on the outside of the hotel, it was considered the new part and the walls were paper thin, we could hear every cough and sneeze from next door. This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in - and we travel a lot! Looked opulent in the photos and it was! Room was beautiful and spotless! On a busy roundabout with views over the Loch. It's an old hotel that has been taken over by an Indian business and the decor is a mix of old tired Scottish which presumably is being renovated and new Indian bling.
