    Clean hotel, awful food and no WiFi

    Modern clean hotel. Expensive deep fried food and unusable WiFi. Staying on the second floor and WiFi is so poor and no mobile connection penetrates the walls. May seem petty but I wouldn’t stay in one of their hotels again. If they can’t even provide half decent WiFi then they don’t rate business clients at all.

    A really enjoyable stay overall. The room was a great size, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely, high-quality shower. I also appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the coffee machine and a proper, powerful hairdryer — small details that made a big difference.The staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Wendy, who was incredibly kind and patient while I asked what felt like a hundred questions. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out

    Room227Myself and my daughter stayed here night, before heading to Thorpe park the following day.what a beautiful hotel,pool and spa The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, shower pressure very good, we pay extra to use the pool and spa, which was lovely.Slightly disappointed.. we asked for a quiet room, but we were at the front, I got woke up at a very early hour, by noise from the front.pool could have been slightly warmer.
