Located one mile from city centre, on A701, within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Situated on a major bus route, all parts of Edinburgh are easily reached. Waverley train station and the bus station are within one mile. The hotel is located near the south side of the city centre, close to the old town, University of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Surgeons, museums, theatres, pubs, restaurants and shopping facilities. The area is a vibrant mix of small shops, Victorian and Georgian residences and leafy tree-lined streets.
