Amazing experience. Highly recommend
We lived our stay. Read some of the negative reviews from before and this wasn’t our experience. Very clean, great staff….. for the price an amazing breakfast but not high quality produce. Great stay - Ideal Location
Get stay at this hotel, location is ideal in the centre and has a car park, breakfast was great and the evening meals (although I didn't go) had a varied menu and looked very nice. Great little hotel, clean and comfortable
Went to a concert at White Rock Theatre and this was 20min walk. Lets be realistic about this, if you book through booking.com it clearly states that there is no date change and no refund so giving the hotel a bad rating because of your incompetence isn't really on.Th truth of it is yes it's a little dates, but it's clean, it's comfortable, and all the staff that I encountered were so friendly and… Went to a concert at White Rock Theatre and this was 20min walk. Clean hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice big room. Got a parking space. Bus stop outside. Avoid this rip off hotel at ALL costs. Booked via Booking.com and didn't realise if you cancel they don't provide a refund. Hotel totally unsuitable for my partner who has difficulty negotiating stairs and no facilities provided for those with disabilities. Says it all when a hotel doesn't have its own website and obtains bookings through unverified booking sites and can't even respond to negative… Avoid this rip off hotel at ALL costs.
