Lovely peaceful area in the countryside away from town. Helpful and friendly staff. The club room 16 we stayed in was spotless and even though it didn't have a full kitchen it had a Combi oven/microwave, toaster, kettle, good size fridge.Pool was great. Had a mini spa with sauna, hot tub, and steam room. Had a weeks stay here with my wife. We had lodge T10 which was lovely and clean, plenty of room and parking outside the property. We loved the daily visits from peafowl and a guinea fowl. One thing missing (as happens in most catering properties we visit) was a wall clock. Nice hotel. Arrived at check-in and couple in front of us were also checking in and got offered a glass of bubbly. We thought 'wow, what a great welcome'. Alas we were not so fortunate. No idea why they were offered but not great when others are not so lucky.Was told that the bar and restaurant closed, could you the pool but they charge for towel AND had to give them £100 security deposit for any… Nice hotel.
