Lovely hotel in central Derry
Fantastic hotel in central Derry. Perfectly located to walk the walls, cross the peace bridge and walk tour the city. No parking but the Bishop Street car park is a 2 minute walk away and very cheap and safe to leave the car for many hours including overnight. You can pull up outside the hotel to load and unload luggage. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and ready for a chat. The… Fantastic hotel in central Derry. Totally different experience from last visits. Needs refreshing. Staff indifferent and noise from machines intolerable late at night. Staff did not listen. Its a great spot so central. Although the room is tiny, it was clean, confortable and very quiet.But what makes the hotel distinctive is the personnel or staff. Be it at the reception or at the restaurant, in the morning or evening, each person was lovely, smiling and warmful. Each expressed willingness and happiness in taking care of us and helpful.
