We had an amazing time here. Alannah made everything so easy for me to book 13 rooms, the ballroom, and 2 meeting rooms for a conference we had in Everglades. She was very easy to work with and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. We stayed in the accesible suite fir one night to be close to Altnagelvin hospital for an appointment. The room was nice but too much unnecessary furniture still made it difficult to move around in the lounge area. The room was not really cleaned well dirty carpet around the rubbish bin and dirty toothpicks on floor behind the toilet. Booked to be near Derry hospital, travelled with small baby and everyone was so incredibly helpful! I was helped with luggage, cot and fast service with room service.
