We attended a Soul Weekender in the Grand. Our room was clean but in need of a upgrade. I wanted to leave a review as I found all the staff exceptionally hard working and accommodating with all our request, the dining room staff were friendly and was more than willing to help me with my request for vegan options. The reception staff were also helpful charging my phone as I forgot the cable. The views from our sea view windows across the bay was stunning. The balcony was over the small peer stalls and not for those who want a quiet retreat.

Fabulous cabaret / shows

Wow! Bowled over by the quality of entertainment at The Grand Hotel this week. A talented group of young singer / dancers performing sparkling shows featuring well-known songs and dance routines. Lights, costumes, and incredible voices - if you haven’t been to see these shows and cabarets, I can thoroughly recommend them. Best entertainment for miles around.

After spending the weekend in the Grand Hotel Llandudno . I can only praise the staff for there efficiency throughout my stay nothing was to much trouble and there warm welcome. My room was a sea row room comfortable clean plenty of of towels and coffee and tea biscuits. I also dined and I had plenty to eat . I certainly will stay again .

The hotel was terrible. We got there on a tour on Monday until Friday. When we arrived a note was in the room saying we wouldn’t get a cleaner whilst we were there!! Also we had to go to reception if you needed a toilet roll or clean towels!I have never heard anything like it.Food was the same most nights and the entertainment left a lot to be desired.My suggestion would be ‘DONT GO’

I went for 4 days .Really happy with the service , staff were really nice and helpful.the food was enjoyable.The room was sufficient no complaints.Entertaintment was decent to . Would stay again in the future .Really happy with everything.
