Stayed for one night with young teen kids.All staff were lovely, bar staff especially n lovely.Parking was fine and got a space easily, registered my car but haven’t been charged yet so not sure what happens with that.Rooms were clean and large, the only downside was when I booked I chose interconnected rooms and my booking had the guaranteed connecting room’ icon, which was described as two rooms… Stayed for one night with young teen kids.All staff were lovely, bar staff especially n lovely.Parking was fine and got a space easily, registered my car but haven’t been charged yet so not sure what happens with that.Rooms were clean and large, the only downs…

Even though we didn’t spend much time at the hotel (we arrived quite late and left first thing in the morning), we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Room was swelteringly hot. You cannot open a window so no air flow. no air conditioning in the whole hotel. We rung down to reception to ask for a fan and they said they would bring one up, they never did. We called a further 4 times to ask again and no one brought one up despite saying they would.
