Guests have a choice of 2 suites, 3 single rooms and 107 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a laundry service and a lounge. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I was a little disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, which spoilt the overall experience! Amazing location. Platinum suite with balcony with noise late at night but actually q enjoyed the sound of people enjoying themselves. Had a meal with friends at the Grill on our last night v delicious. Zephyr good food but lively/loud atmosphere. Staff v helpful with parking needs for our WAV. I've stayed here before and love the place. On previous occasions I haven't managed to stay due to the limited parking. It didn't used to have any (I think) but there is definitely some now, which is directly in front of the hotel and needs to be pre-booked - I should probably have kept quiet about that as I'll now never get parked there again :-(Rooms are lovely and very modern.
