The hotel is situated in one of St Helier's best residential areas, within close proximity of the centre of town (10 to 15 minutes’ walk away) and approximately 20 minutes’ walk to Jersey’s waterfront. Guests have a choice of 103 rooms, including 82 single rooms, located in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. At the hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Excellent long weekend stay here and pleasantly impressed - food is excellent and well above expectations. Breakfast is plentiful have full English items, fruits yogurts ranges of cereal plus a couple of things on request if u wanted. Delicious filter coffee served too you and help yourself to juice. Dinner is a must we went for 3 courses. The hotel is situated 15 to 20 minutes walk into the centre of St. Helier. A large hotel with a large dining room and an indoor swimming pool.The room we occupied was a decent size with ensuite bathroom (bath/shower). The meet and greet service at the hotel reception was very good. Unfortunately, the experience of being greeted by the restaurant supervisor, who's style of communication was quite abrupt particularly when I wanted to inform her of my food intolerances so that it would enable the staff to prepared for the following day at breakfast time.
