We had a lovely stay during our stay at fermaine valley during the heatwave. Lack of air con made the room hard to sleep in but a fan had been placed in the room and obviously no one can predict the weather. Service was lovely and staff were exceptional. Had a fantastic 4 night stay. What makes this hotel so good is all of their staff. They all have brilliant customer service & nothing is too much for them. The breakfast was lovely as was the Mexican restaurant. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was great to sit on, enjoy the view & just relax. Our stay at Fermain Valley hotel was such an enjoyable experience. The food and staff service was excellent... our rooms being cleaned daily and staff were always courteous, polite and helpful.
