Stayed one night, have stayed many times before but this is the worst experience. Checking in very good, room in the old side of the hotel and it is now showing its age, sink blocked so would take ages to run away, toilet flush would not return so had to manually flush, shower very dangerous as the thermostatic mixer did not seem to be working so got covered in very hot water a couple of times. Good clean and comfortable hotel close to Cambridge
This hotel is not that far out of Cambridge and is clean and comfortable with a large car park which you pay for inside the hotel. Our room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Although the hotel was busy our room was very quiet. The shower was excellent.Jack in reception was excellent. He was friendly and very helpful. Nothing seemed to faze him.
