It is ideally situated, just off the A14 in a quiet village setting, overlooking a lake and the gateway to East Anglia. Lovely stay but inappropriate staff

Had a great stay at holiday inn lakeview. The food was really nice and the rooms were great for the short stay I had. The only issue I did have was that I felt quite uncomfortable due to a member of staff’s behaviour, she was making inappropriate comments to me and I thought it was very unprofessional. I was told that her name was leonie? But other than that it was a lovely stay and a lovely hotel… Had a great stay at holiday inn lakeview. The food was really nice and the rooms were great for the short stay I had. Good parking, it can get busy with people using the gym facilities in the hotel, really friendly check in very helpful and efficient. Good large room very comfortable bed and pillows, county-side view, modern and clean. The bathroom just ok , again as with a few holiday inns the bathrooms seem to be the last area to get refurbished?
