    A premier experience in Kraków.

    rating12 Mar 2026

We had the pleasure to stay at Premier Hotel in Kraków on our vacation last week as a family. The hotel is very well positioned halfway between the airport and the city center in Opolska neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable to permit a full recharge after casually strolling on the streets of Kraków. The breakfast is very consistent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from which provide more than enough fuel for the rest of the day.Staff is friendly kind and very helpful. Also at every floor there is a water filter dispenser which one can use to fill water recipients. Near the hotel there is bus 130 which takes you to the city center in less than 15 minutes. When reaching the hotel from the airport use Łobzów station of the Airport train because the Łobzów is only 2 stops away by bus 130 from the hotel.Highly recommend the hotel to friends and family!Thank you everyone for making the stay a premier experienceT Popescu

A park bench would have been cleaner

    rating09 Aug 2025

I stayed here for 4 nights from June 1st to June 4th. It's 1 of 2 hotels situated next door to each other and owned by the same company. The premier Krakow which is the dearer of the 2 boasts the exact same as it's economy counter part with the exception of having to walk 20 yards across the car park to use the restaurant and bar. The rooms are exactly the same and for some reason, of all the people I spoke to, not a single fridge seems to work inside any of the rooms. The rooms are dirty, so much so that I contracted impetigo during my stay. This is something Ive never had in my life but managed to get it during my stay, and it took over a month of antibiotics and ointments prescribed by doctors in order for it to clear. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't stay there again if it were free of charge, you would get a better night's sleep on a park bench and would be less likely to catch something. The place needs fumigating or better yet, demolishing.
