    We walked out and had to find a different hotel ,I have never seen such filth the room was disgusting the beds hadn't been changed the sheets were badly stained the pillows were beyond disgusting...

    Absolutely horrendous stayed 3rd 6th sept walked into hotel after 6hour drive repairs being done had to pay to park out side hotel £30 rooms filthy bedroom above bar had too go down and ask for owner...

    Clean rooms and comfortable beds quite a walk away from main strip of Blackpool breakfast was ok pleasant staff if returning would try for a place closer but definitely a good b&b cannot fault it in...

    Nice little hotel not fancy but on the seafront within walking distance to blackpools nightlife. Cosy little room double bed and TV with shower. and the included breakfast you order arrives promptly...
