This hotel is spot on. The location is fantastic- literally a few minutes walk to centre but a minute from Crown Liquor Saloon and a great pub called Fibber MCGees. Everywhere is immaculate. Rooms have everything you need and water, tea, coffee, breakfast biscuits refreshed daily. It took us about 40 mins to walk around to Titanic Experience. Breakfast was great.Staff incredibly helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended

We came to Ireland for the first time from the United States the week of March 11 to March 18, 2026. We had no expectations of this hotel or its surroundings upon our arrival. We had a horrible travel day and check-in was not until late in the afternoon. We arrived at about 10:30 AM. And the staff was so so nice! That they were even able to get us an early check-in as we had been traveling all night long. I cannot say enough how amazing the staff was! The customer service was literally top-notch the entire time we were there! The room was more than acceptable! I found it a little odd that there was no shower door… So it got a little messy. It’s only half glass. The other half is wide open with no door. But the room was comfortable. There is no parking available so you have to park in a nearby parking garage and it’s probably a 3 to 5 minute walk from the parking garage to the hotel. The location is great! Overall, it was a very very good experience. It was not overly expensive. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for any traveler!
