Poor customer service.

Customer Service was poor, IT problems are to be expected at times but rude and unapologetic staff are not expected. Bar staff were disengaged and needed prompting to place an order at the bar. We double checked breakfast times and were told the wrong times, we requested and received a refund for breakfast. Will not be returning, disappointing as other Clayton locations are really good.Note a Pool is no longer available at this hotel.

Centrally located, great for exploring Belfast City Centre. Room was spotless and quiet. Bar is nice to relax in before heading out. Staff are very friendly. I was early and the lovely guy on the front desk let me check in and leave my bag in my room as I was heading out to a wedding all day.
