Unhelpful staff poor service and to cap it all paid for some drinks - only to have the same charge applied to credit card twice. Reported this. Receptionist was sarcastic and unhelpful. The only down side of this Hotel is the look and impression you get from the outside, it doesn't look inviting at all, but once you step inside all the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean and airy. Our stay at the Bedford Mercure hotel was really good, staff super friendly and helpful, the room was good size twin bedded and clean, modern, beds extremely comfortable, good shower.
