  Dynamic pricing at it's worst

Nice building friendly staff and a great location but at £280 this is clearly dynamic pricing for easter but this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries wouldn't be out of place in a travel lodge.Paid to upgrade the room but it was still tiny , no safe, no fridge and the shower handle came off in my hand and to add insult to injury i was charged to park… Read moreNice building friendly staff and a great location but at £280 this is clearly dynamic pricing for easter but this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries wouldn't be out of place in a travel lodge.Paid to upgrade the… Read more

  Good to be back

This was our second visit to Roseate Villa which is situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. My wife and I both enjoy the welcoming and friendly staff. Although this was only our second visit it was obvious that we were remembered and treated as valued guests. Our room was cosey and beautifully decorated with sufficient storage space for our three night stay. Breakfast and even… Read moreThis was our second visit to Roseate Villa which is situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. Only a five minute stroll from the vibrant centre of the city, it was lovely to return to at the end of the day and… Read moreWe had a truly wonderful stay, it was our first visit to Bath. Great location, great food, amazing staff

  14 Mar 2026

Lovely team who couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. Food fantastic. Location great, literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. It is an old building, so a few minor issues here and there, but I would recommend it. The staff make it what it is.
