The worst IHG experience ever. This was my second stay at this Hotel amongst my numerous visits to Bath, and I was given a beehive type room again. Reception could not be reached from outside whether you called directly or through their call centre (tried for one hour). Disappointing

Sisters birthday weekend in Bath
I drove to Bath with my 3 sisters to celebrate one of their 50th birthdays. We parked in Manvers Street car park which is next door to the hotel for £20 a day. Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived early so we left our bags and went for lunch. When we got back we were taken to our rooms where our luggage had already been taken. The overall experience was far below what I would expect for the price paid. The room was not ready at the advertised check-in time of 3:00 pm, and the reception team appeared overwhelmed and under significant pressure.
