    The reservation team was outstanding. They provided a detailed quote and availability right away, which made the booking process smooth and easy. No back-and-forth, just clear and helpful information.As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Emin at check-in. The whole process was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly — easily the best check-in experience we’ve had in a long time.The rooms are large and spacious. We were traveling with our daughter and her friends, and the hotel arranged a connecting room for us, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.The facilities are great overall. The pool was a perfect temperature and a real highlight during the summer heat.We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again. Great service and great value.
