    a solid stay for us, especially given the circumstances during our visit. a big thank you to ms goldie from reservations who really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us — she made a real difference. the rest of the staff were just as professional, always approachable and ready to help despite the challenging times in the region.even with everything happening in the middle east at the time, the hotel made sure there was always something to do. plenty of activities to keep guests busy, which helped a lot, especially travelling with kids.food-wise, breakfast was alright, nothing special, and dinner was good — not something you’d rave about, but fair value for what you pay.a couple of things could definitely be improved. the family pool is quite far from the rooms and not the easiest to get to. an elevator or a more direct access would make a big difference. the kids club staff were cheerful and clearly good with children, but the setup itself didn’t quite match what you’d expect from a 5-star brand. the beach could also do with a bit of tidying up — during our visit the shore was full of stones and sharp shells, which didn’t really match the beach vibe you’d expect from a resort like this.that said, there were highs and some areas to improve, but at the end of the day, hospitality is what matters most — and they delivered on that. overall, a great stay and we’ll definitely be back again.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the experience was seamless, warm, and truly memorable.We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism. It was evident that every member of staff takes great pride in delivering exceptional service, and this made a significant difference to our overall experience. This is absolutely nothing but a great reflection of their GM great leadership on his team. I would also like to take a moment to give special recognition to a few individuals who stood out during our stay: Ayesha, Ashwini, Goldie, Hisham, and Ejaz. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated.A particular mention must go to Ahmed Hasaballa for his outstanding support and genuine care throughout our stay. His presence and approach set a remarkable standard, and it was clear that his leadership has had a very positive and visible impact on his team as well.Additionally, we would like to recognize Ossama from the animation team. He was exceptional in what he does and played a massive role in adding fun and enjoyment to our time at the resort. The volleyball match he organized was nothing short of an outstanding experience. He brought us with other guests together effortlessly, encouraging everyone to connect, participate, and truly enjoy ourselves, he called me Khribin "Omar Khribin is very famous player" as apparently, I was good at the match 😁😁Thank you once again for making our stay so enjoyable.We look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the same level of excellence.     All our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the views and the room maintenance is great. We were lucky to get an upgrade on our second night and the suite was stunning.     We felt very friendly and warm welcome from the check in point and through out our stay. Front desk colleague Hesham was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, and made our check-in fast and easy.
