    My major concern is with the lady at the reception; Why is she so rude? Why does she scream at customers? What have they done to her?? I've never seen this kind of treatment in my entire life...

    0/10 start from parking,staff at reception u nid to argument with them before u check in holding ur id as a guarantee is against the law even we ask to remove the minibar they will force u to keep it...
