Had problems with cancellation and refund.. It was bad experience and service..Hope they improve their customer service and cancellation policy especially for long reservations..Food was average .. Not recommending it and will not visit in future.

My clients recently stayed in Samaya Hotel and they absolutely loved their stay in the hotel. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very courteous as well. A definite recommend if you are looking for an out of the World experience in Dubai.
