  We had a mind blowing experience.... Chef Royston and chef dipika specially cooked biryani and paranthas for us in dinner as we are vegetarians... Wat a kind gesture... D property is also so good... All d staff is very helpful... 5 stars from our side..   Relaxing Weekend Escape at Ajman Saray – Service That Shines

  My husband and I spent a weekend at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort and overall, we had a lovely experience.The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We stayed in a sea-view room—while it wasn’t particularly spacious, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was stunning, especially the walk-in shower, and we really appreciated the luxurious Elemis products provided. The view from our balcony was also gorgeous and made our stay even more relaxing.We opted for half board. Dinner was decent, but we felt there was a heavier focus on Indian cuisine, likely catering to the large number of guests from the Indian subcontinent. While the food was enjoyable, we believe the menu could be improved by offering a wider variety, including more East Asian and Arabic dishes. Breakfast, however, was superb with a great selection and high quality.What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was polite, kind, and incredibly welcoming. Their attentiveness really enhanced our stay and made us feel valued as guests.Overall, this is definitely a 5-star hotel with a wonderful atmosphere.   an amazing holiday with outstanding staff

  We have just returned from an amazing holiday here with outstanding staff. Nothing was too much trouble, always with a smile, good selection of food, not always to our taste but staff were only too pleased to help in making something else for you where possible. Pool drink service starts at 11am, , which was always on time. Our only complaint is that smokers are allowed to sit where others are eating, maybe to split the area into a smokers and non smokers area would be an idea? However the staff knew our preferences and always managed to seat us away from the smoke for lunch.We cannot praise the staff enough for their help, and always with smiles on their faces. They remembered our names, drinks of choice for all meals, also carried my partners plate every meal time to the table as he was on crutches and really appreciated this, sunbeds all ready with towels and cushions on every morning. Absolutely amazing. There were so many staff who made our trip special and for those i forgot to mention by name i apologize but here are those whose names we did remember..... Noor, Chef Kuljot, Tariq, Van Rafael, Lakshi, Sami, Thiha, Jony, Sami, Joyal, Hamza, Joseph, Zin, Haris, Priyushan, Yuri, Rachel, Sanjay, Pasha, Ichiko, Faiser and all the girls from Myanmar. You were amazing. The room 803 was fantastic, a lovely balcony , glorious sunshine very morning and everything you needed for a holiday. We will be back for sure.   Great hotel but its employees are what make it amazing

  This is our second visit to the hotel and once again we found both the hotel and its staff amazing. We were due to leave on 28th Feb, but unfortunately got caught up at the airport just as airspace closed. We immediately made our way back to Ajman Saray because we knew we would feel safe, be welcomed and cared for. The Ajman team did not disappoint, in very challenging situations they could not have been more supportive or helpful - the hotel is great, food is lovely but the stars of Ajman Saray are its employees. Thankyou for everything you did for us during our actual holiday and then again for 5 days afterwards, while we worked on our plan home.
