Our stay was underwhelming at best. For a highly exclusive 5-star resort, pool and beach service was effectively non existent. Servers rarely came around, looked bored and generally were not welcoming. Recommendations to outside restaurants are not vetted and resulted in nights lost to taxiing around the island looking for somewhere to have a meal. Our trip was fabulous - from the arrival, concierge coordination, butler, and villa. We had such a wonderful experience. Our butler, Khem, was the best we’ve ever had - communicative, timely, and very thoughtful.
