It was very good staying, I recommend it also Mr. Eren was very nice and helpful. The cleaning is a little bit poor and the restaurant in 10th floor is a little bit expensive compare to out restaurants.All in all, It is satisfactory. We have stayed at many hotels in different countries and cities, but I have never experienced a five-star hotel as disappointing as this one.They even charged us for water. They also force guests to pay an extra fee for using the swimming pool.The breakfast was extremely disappointing.
