    Hello, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center. I came from Canada due to the war and was going to Iran, but we stayed in Van for two days. Breakfast open buffet nice,the staff were good; some spoke Persian, and there was only one person who spoke English. We were very pleased. Mr. Mansour Yavas was a really nice person also he took care of all the guests individually at breakfast, which surprised me. We were very happy, and he also spoke very good English.     The location is wonderful, you are right where you want to be. From restaurants to cafes, even hair salon with good prices and a supermarket with what you need including beer. The price per night was surprisingly affordable and worth the value you get. Hotel‘s atmosphere is business like with friendly and helpful staff. Eren was specifically helpful when we needed something or needed help with the extension of the booking. The rooms were clean and well kept. I suggest adding some items such as spoons, bottle openers and tissues. Don’t forget to use the spa.     Good location, city centre. Staff were very nice, specially EREN bey was very helpful. Early check in was allowed which is great. Breakfast was good but I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The only problem was the bathroom that smelled bad.
