The hotel is clean and in a good location, but the service is terrible. We had a reservation elsewhere when we arrived in the evening, and they were completely unhelpful; the treatment was awful. We checked out the next day, only to find out we'd forgotten our ID at the hotel. It took us a whole day to reach them, and no one answered the phone. The woman who did answer was never helpful or reassur… The hotel is clean and in a good location, but the service is terrible. The room we have was a double bedroom with sea view, the room is big and view of the black sea is great, and that is it.The hotel is bad, the location is far away from everything. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was actually very nice. The reception was friendly. They gave us a free upgrade to a full sea view room. The room was huge with a large balcony. Beautiful view of the Black Sea. The hotel restaurant was okay but they don’t serve alcohol. I don’t think I saw any place nearby that does. But no matter. We enjoyed the stay.
